Abstract
Low-pressure rapid deployment lightweight disaster relief tents adopt an 18–22 KPa low-pressure double-slope inflatable structure, with the core advantages of 3–5 minutes ultra-fast deployment, single-person portability and batch delivery. They have basic wind resistance, rain resistance and flame retardant performance, and are suitable for small-scale disasters, accident scenes, temporary resettlement and short-term rescue support. This paper systematically explains its structural, performance, specification, application and operation and maintenance characteristics, providing equipment technical support for the lightweight rapid rescue system.

1 Introduction
Scenarios such as sudden accidents, small-scale disasters and temporary resettlement require tents to be faster, lighter and easier to operate. With the design goal of "ultra-fast construction, extreme portability and low-cost batch deployment", low-pressure rapid deployment lightweight disaster relief tents realize tool-free, single-person and 3–5 minute forming, meeting the emergency rescue needs of "fast construction, fast use and fast withdrawal".
2 Structure and Deployment Technology
• Inflation pressure: 18–22 KPa, lightweight low-pressure structure
• Structural form: Double-slope inflatable frame with low wind resistance and good stability
• Deployment time: 3–5 minutes for integrated inflation, 5–10 minutes for folding and recovery
• Portability: Small folding volume, can be carried on the back/by hand by a single person, suitable for vehicle and manual delivery

5 Application Scenarios
• Rapid resettlement at small-scale disaster sites
• Temporary shelter for traffic accidents/industrial accidents
• Temporary rest station for rescue personnel
• Short-term humanitarian aid and remote point relief
• Simple resettlement sites for batch delivery
6 Core Technical Advantages
• Ultra-fast deployment: 3-minute forming, seizing the golden rescue window
• Ultra-light and portable: Can be carried by a single person and loaded in batches
• Modular and detachable: Separation of tent cloth and air columns, easy to clean and maintain
• Safety compliance: Flame retardancy, wind resistance and rain resistance in line with international emergency standards
• Low-cost batch: Suitable for unified procurement of large-scale emergency resettlement
7 Conclusion
The low-pressure rapid deployment lightweight disaster relief tent is an emergency resettlement equipment with priority to speed, lightweight and high cost performance. It perfectly adapts to the needs of small-scale disasters, accident scenes and short-term temporary support, and can realize "second-level response, single-person operation and global delivery". It is a basic standard equipment for grass-roots emergency, fire rescue and public security.
